Our research respondents
We’ve built up our database of respondents over 15 years, and they know and understand the measurement tools we use. We currently have over 45,000 people and we’re growing in number all the time, carefully profiling every new respondent we take on. We use a Mosaic system of profiling.
Our respondents, including our mystery shoppers, are genuine customers within your market sector, and not simply professional shoppers. They are real people who give us real feedback. They may record objective observations about your service standards; they may also submit subjective data concerning the overall impression they have of you, and the feeling they’re left with. Your product and service is part of their chosen lifestyle and their regular spend.
